3. AI assistant and callback requests

If you use our Family Decision Inventory or related services, we may collect photos, item descriptions, room information, notes, family decisions, and related details about furniture, belongings, keepsakes, household items, or the home.

We use this information to help authorized family members review and make decisions about what should be kept, moved, given to family, sold, donated, stored, removed, or decided later. We do not use private family photos, home photos, or item inventory photos for public marketing without separate permission.
