Referral & Partner Disclosure

1. You may receive referral fees

Senior Transition Care Group may receive referral fees, commissions, marketing payments, placement fees, lead fees, or other compensation when we introduce a family to a community, vendor, professional, advertiser, sponsor, or service provider, or when a family chooses to work with a party we mention, list, recommend, or coordinate with.

Compensation arrangements vary by provider and may be based on a referral, tour, move-in, completed service, advertising placement, sponsorship, or other business relationship. We disclose this practice so families can understand that financial relationships may exist.

2. Assisted living communities may compensate you

When we discuss, recommend, introduce, or help coordinate tours or transitions involving assisted living communities, independent living communities, memory care communities, or similar senior housing options, those communities may compensate us if a family moves forward based on the introduction or relationship.

Compensation from a community does not mean it is the only option, the best option for every family, or the lowest-cost option. We aim to help families compare choices and make informed decisions. For additional detail, see our Senior Living Referral Disclosure.

3. Vendors may compensate you

We may receive compensation from movers, packers, haulers, cleanout providers, storage companies, estate sale companies, donation services, home repair providers, real estate professionals, home solution providers, and other vendors involved in a senior transition.

When we mention, introduce, or coordinate with a vendor, that vendor may pay us a referral fee or other compensation if you choose to use their services. Families are always free to choose their own vendors. See also our Vendor Relationship Disclosure.

4. Printed guide sponsors may pay

Some printed guides, booklets, checklists, workbooks, or educational materials we distribute may include sponsors or partners who pay for placement, branding, advertising, or featured listings. Sponsorship may influence where a provider appears, how prominently they are shown, or whether they are included in a particular guide or resource.

Sponsored placement does not mean a provider is the only option or the right fit for every family. We encourage families to ask questions, compare options, and make their own informed choices.

5. Directory listings may be sponsored

Website pages, resource lists, directories, comparison pages, community pages, vendor pages, or other online listings may include sponsored, featured, preferred, or paid placements. A listing may appear because of a business relationship, advertising agreement, referral arrangement, or sponsorship — not only because of objective ranking or universal endorsement.

We may update listings, categories, and featured placements over time as relationships, services, and business arrangements change.

6. Families are free to choose anyone

You are never required to use a community, vendor, professional, sponsor, or service provider we mention, list, introduce, recommend, or coordinate with. You may choose your own providers at any time, including providers we did not suggest.

Our role is to provide planning, organizing, coordination, and resettling support — not to pressure families into a particular provider. If you prefer a different community, mover, attorney, realtor, cleanout company, or other professional, you remain free to make that choice.

7. Final decisions belong to senior and family

All important decisions belong to the senior and family, including decisions about housing, care settings, vendors, finances, belongings, legal matters, medical matters, and move timing. Senior Transition Care Group does not make those decisions for you.

We are not a medical provider, legal advisor, financial advisor, tax advisor, real estate broker, estate appraiser, or licensed moving company. We provide practical transition support and may help coordinate options, but qualified professionals and the family retain responsibility for major decisions.
