This disclosure applies when Senior Transition Care Group discusses, recommends, introduces, or helps coordinate tours or transitions involving assisted living communities, independent living communities, memory care communities, or similar senior housing options.
1. We may receive compensation
Senior Transition Care Group may receive referral fees, commissions, marketing payments, placement fees, or other compensation from a senior living community if a family tours, applies, moves in, or otherwise proceeds based on an introduction or relationship with us.
Compensation arrangements vary by community and may depend on factors such as referral, tour, application, move-in, or ongoing business relationships.
2. Not a recommendation for every family
A community we mention, list, or introduce is not necessarily the only option, the best option for every family, or the lowest-cost option. Families should compare communities, ask questions, visit in person when possible, and involve appropriate medical, legal, and financial professionals in major decisions.
3. You are free to choose any community
You are never required to use a community we mention or introduce. You may choose a different community, including one we did not suggest, at any time. Final housing and care decisions belong to the senior and family.
4. We are not a medical or placement agency
Senior Transition Care Group is not a medical provider, hospital discharge planner acting in a clinical role, or licensed placement agency. We provide practical transition planning and coordination support. Questions about care level, medical needs, or clinical suitability should be directed to qualified medical professionals and the community itself.
