Vendor Relationship Disclosure — Senior Transition Care Group

This disclosure applies when Senior Transition Care Group mentions, introduces, or helps coordinate work with outside vendors or professionals during a senior transition. Examples may include movers, packers, haulers, cleanout providers, storage companies, estate sale companies, donation services, real estate professionals, investors, home solution providers, elder law attorneys, estate planners, home care providers, Medicare or insurance professionals, and other service providers.

1. Vendors may compensate us

We may receive referral fees, commissions, marketing payments, lead fees, or other compensation from a vendor if you choose to use their services after an introduction, recommendation, listing, or coordination through Senior Transition Care Group.

Compensation arrangements vary by vendor and type of service. A business relationship does not mean a vendor is the only option or the right fit for every family.

2. We coordinate — vendors perform the work

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Senior Transition Care Group does not perform regulated vendor services such as legal work, medical care, tax preparation, real estate brokerage, formal appraisals, or licensed moving services. Those services are provided by the independent vendors and professionals the family chooses.

3. You are free to choose your own vendors

You are never required to use a vendor we mention, list, introduce, or coordinate with. You may choose your own movers, attorneys, realtors, cleanout companies, estate sale providers, or other professionals at any time. Final decisions belong to the senior and family.

4. Third-party terms apply

Each vendor has its own pricing, contracts, policies, licensing, insurance, availability, and service terms. We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, claims, scheduling, or conduct of independent vendors. Families should review vendor agreements and credentials directly before hiring.
